Like Stormy, sometimes when I am having trouble falling asleep, I play the alphabet game in my head. Anything from sports teams, animals, items in a kitchen, friends' names, etc. Usually I try to give a couple of answers to each letter.Thus, I am accepting Stormy's challenge but I will be giving two answers. Going through the alphabet, I come up with words that describe TTWD or DD to me.

But why is Zeus on the list? He may have been the chief god among the Olympians and throwing around his lightnings, but he hardly dared to come home for fear of his wife Hera.
Bas, when making up your list, don't think through your answers just go with your first thought. That is kinda what happened with Zeus. Maybe because the Olympics were on in the other room. Lol Or maybe because my husband reminds me of a Greek God. Who knows. I just go with the flow....

As soon as I saw your post I stopped reading before I read your list or anyone elses. That way I could come up with original answers (or at least in my mind)and not cheat. I always play silly games in my head when I am trying to fall asleep and I make up all these rules to make it harder. Yes I am a little on the odd side. But it helps me fall asleep.

I haven't read Stormy's alphabet post you reference here, but I like your list about what ttwd/dd means to you. I LOVE word games, puzzles, challenges, so I'm running for her shelter next to see exactly what shenanigans she posted that prompted you to do this.

Also, in response to your question about when I'm going to do a guest post, it seems I do that each time I comment on one of your posts... ;-) I'll share a bit of recent, mundane stuff about life in general. Some day soon, I'll put something together about who and what we are as a couple, our relationship dynamics, where I hope we're headed, that sort of thing. Meanwhile...
School started here on Monday for my two youngest. Before that, I was visiting relatives, chasing my grandbabies, and loading up some of my stored things to bring back home with me. I grew rather fond of driving that big truck through many hours of a major thunderstorm!
I really miss my "back home" family members and how familiar everything is there - the kind of missing that makes me cry, but I was so happy to return to the one person that makes my heart feel at home in that special two-as-one way. I've driven through many wicked rainstorms and a few treacherous snow storms just to be in his arms as soon as possible. Sigh... ;-)
I'm off to visit Stormy and a few others if I can squeeze them in before it's time to make his coffee and send him off to work, then wake the kids so they catch the bus. After that, I'll be unpacking and putting away, moving furniture, repairing any damages from the move. Yea! Not.
