So, what have you been up to lately?
How do I answer that?
I could probably tell them about how sparkling clean my kitchen floor is. I could tell them that I found a new recipe that was gluten free for my husband. I could tell them that (son) was at camp this week and I already miss him. I could even let them know how I went to Pep Boys to see what was wrong with my van and they did a diagnostic on it. I surprised Ty by doing it so he wouldn't have to do it on his day off. Even better, I can tell them how I am a full time taxi driver this summer.
Okay, so I was whining a little bit to Ty this morning. I was trying to respond to an email and all I could think of to tell her was the above mentioned things.
Ty tells me that I do a lot more than that. I just do things that we don't share.I was still whining, so asked him "like what?"
You make a great submissive wife. I like how you behave so respectfully and you work hard to make our marriage a great one.
You help make and sell paddles on Etsy.
You have all these friends from all over that you enjoy chatting with.
And you are a fantastic lover. Always surprising me, trying new things and trying to please me.
You let me discipline you when you have done something wrong.
And you love to do the bondage, spanking and ..........!
Then he gave me a kiss and went off to work and I giggled as I rolled over and fell back to sleep.

Thanks Meredith. It didn't start out that way. I was kind of upset because my cousin had asked me what I had been doing lately and I couldn't think of anything to tell her. Ty made me feel better but I still didn't have much that I could tell her.

Well it was 6:30 in the morning and we (the kids and I, lol) are on summer break. But he did make me feel warmer and cozier while I was sleeping

DeleteAww, that hubby of yours is a sweetheart! I can see how moms can get to the end of a day and feel like they have accomplished absolutely nothing but it is not true. Every moment in the car with your kids is valuable.

Not every moment in the car with your kids is great. One on one is great, more than one can be a head ache. And when they start wanting to be the driver and you the passenger, there is no conversing between us. I just bend God's ear and try not to yell too much to slow down.

Life is ever changing in my house. Drama then peace, drama and drama, peacefulness for awhile. But between Ty and myself, things are good and that is what is most important I have learned

When I have an empty nest, my house is going to be so clean. We'll buy some new furniture that the kids won't destroy and walk around naked.
